Guest guest
OK, so I went back to the nutritionist today... it's been 2 weeks since my last visit and 4 weeks overall. I lost 3 lbs and 2 inches, which is good, considering I worked at the fair in there plus my appointment today was in the afternoon vs in the morning and we know how that changes weigh-ins. So, that is 9 lbs and 8.5 inches in a month's time... go me!! WOW!! I left it up in the air to when I would return, because I didn't have the money to commit to more today. So, I'll call in a week or two when I know finances. Exdh is sorta strangling me for some of the money he owes me for DS15's school books. -sigh- Work is going to be getting better. I have been drowning there also and I am effectively "getting rid of" 10 clients effective Monday, which will bring my work load down to where the rest of the team is. WHEWWWWW!! Less stress, equals happier (and healthier) . Anyway. Hope you are all doing A-ok and having a great week. in WA 310 / 283.6 /
Guest guest
Great job !!! I totally understand about finances! I have picked up a couple of part-time things in the last couple of weeks so I have a little here and a little there coming in. Wish it would add up as quickly as the pounds do with a little here and a little there but it doesn't seem to work that way! LOL Keep it up!!!!! You've seen the nutritionist a couple of times now, though, so you have a good idea of what to do. That will help!!! 352/329/298 > > OK, so I went back to the nutritionist today... it's been 2 weeks since my last visit and 4 weeks overall. > > I lost 3 lbs and 2 inches, which is good, considering I worked at the fair in there plus my appointment today was in the afternoon vs in the morning and we know how that changes weigh-ins. > So, that is 9 lbs and 8.5 inches in a month's time... go me!!
