Guest guest Posted March 27, 2011 Report Share Posted March 27, 2011 I did the following for exercise: 7-minutes to save your knees DVD = 7 minutes pedaled my peddler (bike thingy) = 15 minutes Slim in 6 level 1 DVD = 14 minutes ___ so far 36 minutes of exercise for today _____ That's not counting the laundry, etc that I did today and did not count as structured exercise. Tomorrow if it is decent, I may head down to the basement to do some spring cleaning. That will involve hauling "stuff" up that needs to be gotten rid of (give away/throw away piles) Hope you are having a relaxing Saturday.
