A SIMPLE

QUESTION

Wednesday, 11 January 2012

As I was reading my e-mail a couple of days

ago, I came across one that was only one

sentence-long. But to me, that brief e-mail

contained one big loaded question. In fact, I stopped

right in my tracks after reading it. Like I said, the

e-mail was very short so let me give it to you

word-for-word.

How many

times do I have to do your Sweatin'

To The Oldies workouts

before I start losing weight?

I was wanting to know how many times I have to do

your Sweatin'

To The Oldies workouts

before I start losing weight?

That was the entire e-mail. (I told you it was

short.) But this lady's question really had kind of a

"non-answer." Now let me explain.

See, every time you work out with one of my

DVDs or do any kind of exercise for that matter, your

body's calorie-burning furnace is turned on. Remember

yesterday's message about calories? Well, the one way

to burn off those calories is to get that body of

yours moving. And as you burn the calories, you'll

also be burning off the pounds.

Sometimes people ask me how many calories they burn

during an hour of Sweatin'

To The Oldies. Well, that

depends on how much they put into their Sweatin'

workouts. The more intense your body movements and

the more you make that body of yours sweat, the more

calories you burn as you work out. And just as

consuming too many calories-a-day leads to a

weight-gain, burning those calories up as you workout

will lead to a weight-loss. So you see, that

lady's simple question is tied to a simple

formula, isn't

it?

How long it'll take her to

lose weight Sweatin'

To The Oldies...is all up to her!

So looks like the answer to her question is

this: How long it'll take her to lose weight Sweatin' To The Oldies...is

all up to her! And by the way, that goes for you, too!

In the meantime, get that body of yours sweatin',

okay? My rule has always been that since we eat

everyday, then it just makes good sense for us to

exercise and sweat everyday, too. Did you do

your sweatin' yet today?

Love,
