Guest guest Posted October 4, 2011 Report Share Posted October 4, 2011 I got this recipe, tried it this evening and thought I would share it.Cauliflower PizzaMakes 2 pizzasCrust: 1/4 cup egg beaters1/2 cup low fat shredded Mozzarella or Mexican 4 Cheese variety for a harder crust1 cup fresh cauliflower chopped up in food processordash of Italian seasoning (optional)Mix together and put into 2 prepared sprayed foil pie pans. Pat down so it all sticks together.Bake 15 - 20 minutes at 450 degrees til it starts to turn brown then flip it over and bake another 10 minutes.Top with 2 teaspoons sugar free pasta sauce (I had to search for that at the grocery store. Found the 1 brand that didn't have sugar added)1/2 cup low fat shredded Mozzarella cheese1/2 cup of veggiesPlace it under the broiler just till the cheese melts.I also added a few slices of turkey pepperoni to the toppings.Calories: 240Carbs: 9Proteins: 25 Dacia<>< ". . . some people brought a deaf man to Jesus."
