Guest guest
Good evening everyone. Yesterday I started over on the South Beach plan. Last time I was on SB, I lost 60+ lbs. I slacked off on watching what I eat and of course gained it all back. Now that I'm living in my own home instead of mom and dad's and am responsible for what comes in this house I'm hoping its much easier. Day one wasn't too bad actually. I noticed I definitely need to eat more protein because I was famished by the end of the day. So today, I incorporated more protein and I feel much better. As far as exercising, yesterday, hubby and I walked for 1.5 hours. And today we spent 2.5 hours doing yard work (mowing, edging, trimming, and clean up) and then I spent 2 hours cleaning my grandfather's house (I do it every Sunday). Hubby is getting ready to go in the field for a couple of weeks (he is in USMC) so I'm hoping I can keep up the walking/exercising. I need to keep motivated. Oh, also, I weighed yesterday morning to get a start weight, I was at 277.4 lbs. So that puts me at a little over 100lbs to lose to get to my goal weight. I know it'll be slow, but I also know I didnt gain the weight overnight. So here we go
Guest guest
Use the time hubby is away to organize and stay positive. I find when my meals are planned for the family it makes my life so much easier. That is one of my goals this month. TO be a better planner. NH Slow Start Good evening everyone.
