I FEEL Thinner!

But only the scale can say for sure so we'll see on Saturday. I'm sick of this up and down crap I'm working hard to keep it down, down, down. Things have quieted down for me lately. More to look forward to these days. I'm getting back to some semblance of me, I'm writing again, I'm reading more, I've picked up diarykeeping again. At least my mind is at peace, which really helps me focus andthe creative juices flow. So on the the next day and the next success.
