Guest guest Posted May 22, 2011 Report Share Posted May 22, 2011 I did 10-ish minutes (so far) of the first Body Gospel workout.... LOVE IT! I stopped because "the kid" woke up and I *hate* working out when they are paying attention. They can be rude, mean and insensitive. Need to plan differently. I'll do more of it later. Looked back through my journal and updated my weight tracker: A. I released 1.8 lbs this past week (yay me, thank you, Jesus!) B. I changed my weight tracker/goal to my 10% weight loss (279) and at 1 lb per week, I should be able to do that on or before the end of July Now that I can see light at the end of the tunnel with DS18's high school graduation activities and I *could* be online here more often, I am not sure which direction I want to take with the online journaling aspect of my weight loss. I am also going to try for a promotion at work and I need to get "my ducks in a row" for that, researching what I need for the interview phase. There will be a lot of changes at work through the summer and while I realize there needs to be balance and an outside of work life, I also need to pay attention and stay focused and ready. Anyway. Just wanted to stop in and say hello again (wow @ 2 days in a row!)
