I feel like I have been on the roll a coaster of a ride the last 16 years as a SAHM. Ups and Downs... BUT when it comes to my weight I go forward then back. I stopped posting because I felt like I had good advice for newbies BUT was not doing them myself. I also feel you need to leave the PAST behind and move forward. That is my goal this week. NOT TO look or dwell on the would of should of could of mentalility. I am at my highest ever... 258. WOW that was hard... So I challenge you today to make a goal. AS small OR as big. AND try to keep it going. BABY STEPS... I also have to do inventory of everything in my life. Journal it and check back in 2 weeks. Another goal for me. So with the start of BL tonight.
