But I am down, not out. I have readjusted my attitude and am starting on a high note. I've begun regular exercise again, and that's huge for me, this includes tracking my steps so that doubles my workout time. I'm so proud I'm paring my fat intake down very very well this next week, I got lots of good healthy veggies and lots of fishies for me to eat rather than relying so heavily on red meats and pork, though I will still have sane amounts of beef and pork. Mostly I'll be consuming fish and chicken. I bought some sparkling flavored water to have at work, I seem to be craving that carbonation and I don't want to go back to diet soda, the sparkling water is sodium free. Weight Watchers has come out with a jalapeno cheese in the little wedges I

like to have for afternoon snack I LOVE jalapeno cheese (I just bought some jalapeno plants too so I'm growing my own!)

So I feel good about the direction I'm going, I'm going to let go of the past and move forward more focused and determined. What else have I got?
