Guest guest Posted September 5, 2011 Report Share Posted September 5, 2011 Just got my first mile logged for the day will do one or two more at 6 p.m. got my upper body workout done and my food logged for the day so there is no excuse not to keep to program, it's all laid out for me. It felt good to get outside again, our weather seems to be changing for the better, at least for now. It's cooler and breezy. I hope it stays this way but don't hold my breath. I'll still get out and walk if it warms up again, I'm not stopping now. Looking foward to Saturday's weighin.
