[One Small Bowl] Weight Correction

Ack…correction to my last blog entry, I am UP in weight, from 241 to 242.3….the camera is 1 pound, so my actual weight it 242.3…although I loath to use the increments of digital scales. I had weighed in the evening, seeing 243 last night, made me think I was down a pound. I am stressed over the whole issue, but trying to stay aware and gulping the dose of reality. I will be weighing daily until I leave for Hawaii. My daughter has a scale in her private bathroom, so I will weigh the first morning I am there and then weekly after that. I will try and buy a scale of my own once we get out somewhere and I find one. --
