Guest guest Posted December 6, 2011 Report Share Posted December 6, 2011 Cold dark and rainy today but I weighed in with a loss of 2 of the 3 pounds I'd gained. I hope to have the third and then some lost by week's end, I am working very hard. Just taking everything a day at a time and trying to be reasonable. I'm trying to eat only when I'm hungry and that is really paying off, I'm only really hungry 2 or 3 times a day. I hope this is it, this is the time I finally finish what I started and get this weight off. I keep slipping and I'm so tired of doing that there is no sense in it. But I persevere. It's my strong suit.
