Boy, (I'm happy to say), I received quite a

few success

stories in

my e-mail over the past few days. And I must tell

you, I never tire of reading them. The people who

write always share a little bit of their life's

history with me. They tell me what it was like,

weighing 200, 250, 300 pounds...or more! Some of them

tell me, as they got older and their weight increased,

just walking from one end of their homes to the

other became a chore. In fact, everything that they

did physically took extra effort.

They were tired of the

criticism and nasty remarks people made about their

weight.

At their highest weights, they found themselves

constantly feeling tired and weak. They talk about

how hopeless they felt with their lives. They often

saw no real future for themselves, not a happy one,

anyway. They were tired of the criticism and nasty

remarks people made about their weight. And almost

always, they'd tell me how many times they sat all

alone and cried.

But after all of that sad news at the start

of their e-mails, it's like a light comes on as I

keep reading. See, that's when they begin telling me

about their...rebirth!

And that rebirth often begins when they went to their

doctors' office and had a really serious discussion

about their weight. Or maybe a friend or family

member was their source of inspiration to turn their

lives around. I also hear from people who had some

kind of health scare that, well, scared

them enough to

finally do something about their weight.

It begins with them losing

their first five pounds, which soon became ten, which

turned into 50...or even 100 pounds lost! Hooray!

Then they began documenting their success. It begins

with them losing their first five pounds, which soon

became ten, which turned into 50...or even 100 pounds lost! Hooray!

I can see why it seems like a light came on as I got

to their good news. And boy, do those letters ever

make me feel good!

One of those success stories I read last week really

made me smile. It was from a lady who met me at one

of my shopping mall appearances in Florida many years

ago. She told me that she'd lost-and-gained the same

15 pounds over-and-over again during the course of her

life. She went on to tell me that a girlfriend of

hers used my FoodMover with a lot of weight-loss

success. So she decided to get herself a FoodMover

and set off on her weight-loss journey. But here's a

part of her e-mail that I just have to share with you.

I've signed up to

participate in a 5K run for charity at the end of

next month!

", I've now lost 83 pounds on your program

and I feel so good, better than I have in years. In

fact, I feel so good that, guess what? And you're

not going to believe this, I've signed up to

participate in a 5K run for charity at the end of

next month! Hey, I can hardly believe I'm doing

this myself but I'm so excited! Of course, this

will be my first 5K. But I can guarantee you, as

good as I'm feeling these days, it won't be my

last! Why am I so sure of that? Because I'm going

to keep pushing myself to do to better and become

the healthiest person I can!"

Now tell me, what do you think of them apples? I'm

so proud of this lady! She's an inspiration to me all

by herself. And I hope her great story will be an

inspiration...to you, too.

Hey, could there be a 5K walk or run in your

future?

Love,
