Guest guest
Well, I had my weekly weigh in tonight and actually had a loss of 1 pound. I was a little surprised because I have been feeling awfully bloated the last few days. I guess it is just the heat! My measurements last week were very good! Another 6 inches gone! That is a total of 29 inches gone!! I measure several places (neck, arms, thighs, chest, waist and hips). My Extreme Weight Loss measurements(chest, waist & hips only) loss was 2 inches for a total of 15 inches lost. Most of the loss this time was in my lower half. I told my sister that was from mowing the ditch beside my house with the push mower. I left most of my butt in the ditch!!! LOL I still have not finished the ditch (it is pretty big and steep) so I should have another good loss when I finish it up. Between the heat and my weight, I mow about 20 minutes per day of the ditch so it is taking a while. I keep the rest of the yard mowed weekly. One last bit of good news to share. I have a pair of jeans that I try on periodically as a measure of success. The last time I was able to wear these jeans was about three years ago after a serious bout with the flu. I was only able to wear them for a couple of weeks before I regained the flu weight loss. Prior to the flu, it had been about another three years since I actually wore them for any time. I was able to get the jeans on, buttoned, zipped and no trouble breathing in them! LOL I was so excited!!!! That was even better than seeing the scale move!!! Hope everyone has a great week!!!! 352/329/
Guest guest
Definitely! I have my big water jug that I fill every morning. It holds about ten cups of water. I have been known to drink two full mugs in one day when it is really hot and I am working outside. Take care!!!! 352/329/298 > > > > > I was able to get the jeans on, buttoned, zipped and no trouble breathing in them! LOL I was so excited!!!!
