Guest guest
Thanks Sue - elbow is getting there, bruises are mostly gone (apart from one on my right knee which is still coming out *sniff*), doing some housework this week (hope this doesn't lead to more pain killers being needed *grin*), so that must burn SOME calories (I hope lol)The Dragon http://tempewytch.typepad.com/tempewytchs-crafts-and-s/http://tempewytch.typepad.com/tempewytchhealthyliving/--- On Mon, 24/10/11, Sue in NJ <sue_in_nj@...> wrote:From: Sue in NJ <sue_in_nj@...>Subject: Re: meh 100-plus Date: Monday, 24 October, 2011, 12:45 On 10/24/2011 6:57 AM, The Dragon wrote: >I stayed the same this week - I suppose after a weekend on the pain killers Better than a gain, right? Guest guest
I'm not sure what pain killers would have to do with it, do they make you retain? (( HUGS )) I'm going 90 miles per hour again for the next 5 weeks (through Thanksgiving into the first week of Dec) and then hopefully life will calm down LOL!! Wishfull thinking, !! Hang in there! meh I stayed the same this week - I suppose after a weekend on the pain killers (oh and most of last week as well!) a loss was too much to ask for but I am getting impatient to break that 300 pound barrier! Guest guest
> I seem to have plateaued what is worse is that I have plateaued ABOVE 300 pounds (aaaargh!) ** I hear ya, Dragon... I hear ya. I think I have yo-yo'd the same 5 lbs all year, but at least I did not end the year (ok, there's a week left) with another net gain year.
