CRUISE TO LOSE

2011

Tuesday, 05 April 2011

Well, guess what I did yesterday?

Darlene and I began working on the binder for our 2011

Cruise To Lose. And I'm telling you, it's

going to be our best one ever! The theme for this

year's cruise is... HOORAY FOR

HOLLYWOOD! And I can't wait for all of you to

come to Slimmons in Beverly Hills the night before we

set sail. We're gonna have a big Bon Voyage Party

right there at my club! Oh, this is gonna be fun.

We'll literally roll out the red

carpet all the way up to the entrance of Slimmons.

And it'll be there welcoming you to Hollywood and all

of Tinseltown's dreams. My cruisers will pile into my

little exercise studio as we get all charged up for a

cruise they'll never forget.

When we board the Carnival Splendor, my job

will be to make sure each of you feels like a star.

We're going to be together for a whole week of

motivation, inspiration, laughter and sweat. You're

going to love the music in all of our Sweatin'

classes. And yes, there'll be lots of

Hollywood-themed songs. Not only that but we're going

to play our own version of the game show, Hollywood

Squares where we'll learn about the importance

of good nutrition for our bodies.

I'll be teaching all of the seminars myself, just like

I did last year. And we're going to have a lot of

them so I'll be very busy. Hey, after all, I've got

to get you ready for your close-ups!

And, speaking of close-ups, we're

gonna roll out the red carpet again, on the ship, as

we get ready for our fabulous Red Carpet Costume

Party! Oh, I can see those cameras flashing now.

See, everyone has to come dressed as one of their

favorite Hollywood stars. I wonder who I'll say,

Bette , Gable or...oh look! Isn't

that Vivien Leigh from Gone With The Wind?

And oh yeah, who am I going as? Well, that's

a big "Hollywood secret"! LOL.

I'm also working on recipes for some interesting and

great-tasting dishes I make for myself at home. And

I'm going to be sharing those recipes with you on the

cruise. You'll love 'em!

Now I want to get serious with you

for just a second. You know I've always loved doing

my cruises...I truly have. They're a big and special

part of my life. So it's with a heavy heart that I

tell you, this year's Cruise To Lose will be my last.

I simply have to start spending more time at home.

But you know me, I like to go out with a BANG!

And we're going to have ourselves one bang-up good

time as we sail the beautiful Mexican Riviera. So I'm

happy and...I'm sad. Happy that this is going to be

my best Cruise To Lose ever. But sad to let you know

that I'll be hanging up my life jacket for this, my

final Cruise To Lose.

I've met so many wonderful people on my cruises and

I'm still in touch with a lot of them. Some of you

reading this message have been on quite a few of the

cruises with me, too. And I've so appreciated your

loyalty and kindness. If

Lose, click this link.

And by the way, if you're already booked for this

year's cruise, I want you to remember that, depending

on what you weigh now, you can lose 30-50 pounds

before we set sail. So get to work on yourself

as I get back to work on making sure our Cruise To

Lose 2011 is...our very best ever!

Love,
