Guest guest
Basil Chicken and Vegetables Can also use beef, turkey or shrimp! This is to make two servings: Slice one to two chicken breasts as either medallions, slices, or stir fry pieces. Season to taste. Cook in a skillet with a little hot oil until chicken is no longer pink. Pour in a bag of Green Giant Basil Medley Steamable vegetables and stir to incorporate all together. Cover and simmer until the basil seasoning beads begin go melt. If there is no liquid, add a little water. When melting begins stir the sauce beads until veggies and chicken are covered well. Cover and simmer until veggies are done to preferred tenderness. Serve over pasta, rice, or eat on it's own. Stir in possibilities: Corn, mushrooms, stirfry veggies. Enjoy! *~*~*~* "This is no longer about what I HOPE to accomplish.
