YOUR KICKS...

In MONTH SIX! Hey,

happy first day of June and from each of you...I

want no gloom! In fact, what I want from you

this month are...KICKS! And oh yeah, I

want those kicks...high! I want June to be

your month. Who knows, maybe you can even lose six

more pounds during this sixth month of

the year. And how are you going to do it? Well, by

adding a little more KICK to everything you

do, that's how. Let me give you a few examples...

KICK-UP

your exercise routine a notch this month. That's

right, I want you to strive to do a little more in

June when it comes to your workouts. For instance, if

you've been walking 30 minutes-a-day, add 15

minutes-a-day to your walks and kick-it up to 45 minutes

daily. If you've been toning for 30 minutes-a-day on

certain days of the week, kick that up to 45 minutes,

too. And if your body is used to doing an hour of

cardio, kick-it up to an hour-and-fifteen-minutes-a-day

during June. And let me tell you, by adding that extra

time to your workouts, you won't believe how much more

good you'll do for your body and how much better you'll

feel, too!

Have you ever seen the Radio Music Hall Rockettes

dance? If you have, then you know those ladies really

do kick...a lot! And this month, you should

be doing some of those high-kicks, just like them!

(Hey, you never know when they might need a new

Rockette! LOL.)

And

oh yeah, KICK-UP the flavor of your foods this

month. Add a little spice to your recipes. When a food

is really flavorful, your taste buds are a lot happier.

This month, use a little curry or some dried chili

flakes to pep up the taste of your foods. And don't

forget the rosemary, thyme, basil and tarragon. Oh,

there are just so many herbs and spices you can try.

And, of course, don't forget, you also need to KICK-UP

your motivation. Instead of reading your list of goals

once-a-day, read them twice-a-day to really

remind yourself of why you're working so hard to lose

this weight. Let the reasons for your losing weight

truly sink in to your mind.

This

month, you should strive to surround yourself with

positive and supportive friends. And don't forget, the

end of June will mean that half of the year, 2011...is

over!

"But

, I haven't done too well with my weight-loss

so far this year." Well, I say kick those

negative thoughts out of your mind. Remember, I'm here

to help you stay motivated all month long. So, let's

really stay focused as we enjoy this new month of June

together. Let the sunshine in and let's face June with

a big grin.

Yes! I want you to work a little harder, stay more

focused and really KICK-IT-UP this whole

month of June!
