I have gotten tired of waiting for weight loss to happen, I want to participate in making it happen. My goals for March: I want to continue to really taste the food I eat. I noticed at the buffet last night how the salad tasted great, the meats did not. Why? In the past, a buffet meant unlimited eating and while I of course chose foods I thought I liked, I certainly ate too fast to really taste it. Last night, I pushed aside the meats after a bite if it didn’t make me say “mmmmmâ€. They didn’t pass the mmmm test. I love this technique! Try it, when a bite tastes very pleasing, acknowledge it by saying mmmm. That sound makes a body-mind connection. Why bother eating what doesn’t really please the palate? That salad was crisp, cold, fresh tasting and the combination of ingredients that I chose made it very tasty. It satisfied beyond being just food. All foods that I eat need to be mmmm’s. I can achieve this goal. I want to hit 1100 calories as my month’s average. This should be the last month I will be inactive, although I plan on doing more as soon as I am home about mid-month, so I can keep my calories really low on most days so that I can increase them on home-time without exceeding the average. This means I have to monitor the average daily, but I am willing to do that. I can achieve this goal. I want to lose 6 pounds this month. I use to be able to lose this amount, but it sure has been slacking. If I could lose it, I would be on course for 5 pounds more pounds by April 19th, my 12 pound mini goal would be complete. This goal I don’t believe will be achieved. I want to keep on plan on husband home-time. The foods will change to fresh, and there will be wine with dinner, but for the week husband is home, I want to be on the allotted calorie plan. After that, I will have new plan. This will be a difficult, but possible to achieve. I want to try something completely different for the remaining home-time in my eating plan. I haven’t decided yet what the plan will be. I may try intermittent fasting, I may try a fast fast. I thought about trying hcg, but I do not want to invest in anything right now. I am currently getting reminders from husband about saving money, so I know the purchase would not be approved at this time.
