Good job, Sapphy! For a holiday, etc today is an ok day for me.

I have to drive DS18 back to college today so knowing I have to plant my tush in the car for roughly 3 hours round-trip, I upped the ante and walked for 3 miles this morning instead of my usual 2....

Eating this weekend hasn't been stellar, but hasn't been horrible. I should see a loss this week.

I go back to the nutritionist for a check in this week, which could be a good thing or a bad thing coming off the holiday LOL, but I am not too concerned.

Monday Off To A Good Start

Just got my first mile logged for the day will do one or two more at 6 p.m. got my upper body workout done and my food logged for the day so there is no excuse not to keep to program, it's all laid out for me.

It felt good to get outside again, our weather seems to be changing for the better, at least for now. It's cooler and breezy. I hope it stays this way but don't hold my breath. I'll still get out and walk if it warms up again, I'm not stopping now. Looking foward to Saturday's weighin.
