So today my weight was up 2 pounds. Yuck!  I was 284 last Wednesday and 286 this AM.   asked me if I felt any different no that my competition is over. Isn't it obvious?!  Ugh!  Each day I tell myself to watch it. Every little bit does count. Well, I'm not giving up. I hope to go the other way next week.

Yes, it really feels down to show a gain, but it will soon disappear. Perhaps having another challenge will help you?

Yes a challenge probably would. It's a shame that I need the pressure and that my desire to beat others pushes me more than the simple desire of losing weightn looking better, achieving better. I didn't even want to do the challenge in the first place. But it was motivating. I won't give up. Just gotta keep it up. Sigh... If only... I officially challenge you or anyone else who wants to play, to lose 10 pounds by April 19th. This is a mini goal of mine to keep me in line and on plan while I am home alone until my flight. Anyone want to beat me at it???????

I weigh on Saturdays, but wed I can use the previous sat’s weight.

Fine with me.

Although with today’s gain, I know I won’t even get close to a 10 pound loss. Sigh.
