I was 284 last Wednesday and 286 this AM. asked me if I felt any different no that my competition is over. Isn't it obvious?! Ugh! Each day I tell myself to watch it. Every little bit does count. Well, I'm not giving up. I hope to go the other way next week. It's a shame that I need the pressure and that my desire to beat others pushes me more than the simple desire of losing weightn looking better, achieving better. I didn't even want to do the challenge in the first place. But it was motivating. I won't give up. Just gotta keep it up. Sigh... If only...
