Owwwwww, but congrats on that weight loss!! Keep it up!! I am also inching up in my 10% loss. I was there before and then gained last year when I injured my knee...

Happy but sore Dragon!

Happy Dragon because I lost three pounds and am now 21st 11 pounds (305 pounds or 138.3 kg), this means that from my heaviest ever I have lost 28 pounds and another 6 will have me under 300 pounds AND I will have lost 10% of my heaviest weight.

Sore Dragon - my crutches slipped on Sunday night and I have a badly grazed right elbow, bruising and sore muscles (to the extent that typing is actually rather hard!)

So *now* I now how you hurt that elbow that you wrote about in other

posts. I thought I had missed something.
