The week is starting well, I'm down one pound to 257 even, that means if I lose more this week (and I will!) I'll be halfway out of the 250s, and hopefully for good this time.I'm really concentrating on eating, staying focused on fat. I am totally hooked on tilapia that is my new chicken and I simply heat some olive oil (a smidge, just to keep from sticking), season my fishies with lemon pepper only, cook on both sides, and enjoy! The thin filets cook quickly and are so so so very tasty!Exercise, well, I'm doing it. I know the negative attitude I have with exercise is doing more harm than good but I just can't lie to myself, I would rather be channel surfing than exercising, so, I've come to a rather handy

compromise. Rather than liking or disliking exercise I remind myself that I NEED the exercise. "I need this" is my mantra when I try to talk myself out of working out. It helps that spring is in the air and the climate is pleasant and I don't mind working on the yard. About to be doing a whole lot of that this weekend, seeds going into pots and gearing up for a gorgeous summer garden. That's gonna take a lot of work, and I'm ready!But talk is cheap.
