Black Friday . . .

This is not a good day starting out. First I find out Janie Lane, lead singer of Warrant, died in a hotel room in California which TOTALLY screws me up because I adore Warrant . . . but I've gained 5 pounds. I know the weight gain is water but still it sucks to see it and I'm just right ready to throw in the towel.

But I'm not. I won't. I'm already picking myself up. I plugged in the weight on my weight tracker, I plugged in my measurements, I'm now measuring every month (Goddess help me), and I'm keeping up with my energy and emotional levels since I have that on the tracker to do so. I think it will help. I am redoing my notebook, I will start printing out my daily food and go back to my sticker system, fun stickers and stamps on good days, lots of notes and admonishments when I do bad, until I'm not doing bad any more. Double stickers for workouts.

So onward and forward, chin up and marching on with goal re-established. Have a fabulous weekend, everyone.
