I like this. I make a lot of ramen noodles (Right Foods.com have

lower salt ones with either brown rice or whole wheat noodles) and

keep a leftover lid from an oatmeal container handy to cover the

cups with while they soak. A cup like this would be great for those.

I'm a few days behind in email so I hope you're doing better today,

. I remember how awful I felt when my husband had to go away on

TDY (temporary duty) when he worked for the Army and left me home

with the baby. The longest he was gone was for a month. I just can't

imagine how bad you feel about to be away from your husband for a

year. At least you'll be with family in a few weeks and as you

mentioned, there's always Skype chats.

Are you taking your doll-making supplies with you? You can always

ship a package full of it ahead so you'll have it all on hand when

you get there so when you need to escape to your room for some peace

and quiet when your daughter gets home in the evenings you'll have

something to do.
