Hi ,I have SI6 also. I did it about 6 or 7 years ago. I hated Debbie Seibers. I found her annoying and her grammar mistakes bothers me, lol. I'm big on grammar.  That was a killer to me. I always did the entire workout but it was rough.  I thought about doing it but then thought again. I want to stat something that I can do longterm and I didn't see SI6 as a long term plan.  I might try it again in the future though.

I usually do 3mile express walk with leslie, an 2 days  a week I do Tony Horton 1-2 Sculpt and 2 mile express walk.StaceyOn Tue, Jan 25, 2011 at 5:24 AM, <ABrite@...> wrote:

Right now, I have Slim in 6 - an old Debbie Siebers one that I had from years ago that I am using and Sansone's Walk away the pounds.

The WATP one I do is Walk & Jog and I can do the full workout which is about 20 minutes of walking and 7  minutes of " jogging "

The Slim in 6 one has 3 levels and I am doing level 2 and can do between 20-40 minutes of it right now.

Either one, I have to do what I consider " extremely modified moves " due to my knee surgery, but I have been building up.

In home workouts

What is your exercise routine?  What have you found that works for you?  DVDs, times, etc?

Thanks

I use the Wii. I do it twice a day every day. Before breakfast and before bed. 30 to 60 minutes is average. I love " Walk it Out " . But I have several other title to mix things up with. EA sports / Outdoor life / Golds Gym. and a few other titles.

LOL I have never noticed! But, then again, I always have the volume down so low on her DVD because I have "real t.v." going on in the background. It's my trade off: wanna watch a movie, put in an exercise video LOL!! I can follow their movements and I am always a step or two behind regardless of if I can hear her droning on and on. It's the same with LOL!! I can't stand the idle chit chat, just tell me what/how to do and shut up, huh

Sure wish that more of the videos were captioned! Granted most exercise videos really don't need to be captioned if you are watching; you'd only be a bit behind but that is a personal cause of mine -- getting all videos captioned. My deaf/hearing impaired family members would sure appreciate it! Dacia<>< "In that day the deaf will hear the Word . . .
