I woke up feeling poorly. Headachy, feeling like a lead weight. Hope it passes soon. Hormonal or stress or something. BG was 101 this morning, not happy with that. Not sure why, the carbs are low enough. I know, diabetes does it's own thing. My meals for yesterday: Click on any report to enlarge. I was hungry on and off during the day, but nothing intolerable. I bought a pocket scale today, to carry with me, the digital food scale that I have at home is too big for the truck and I thought that I could take a pocket one on the truck and when traveling. I need it for the small bits of veggies and the summer sausages and that sort of food. It should fit nicely in my purse or laptop bag. I really did like using the food scale when I was at home, so this should help get me as accurate as I can be for the attempt to get to goal this year. In my software program, I changed my goal settings. Here are the settings I changed that provide the Percentage of Goals in my daily menu: This is based on these calorie needs calculations: All the change does is drop my daily calorie goal from 1200 to 1100 and I adjusted my carbs down to a ketogenic level. I am so determined to get to goal by Christmas that I am willing to do what it takes. I was so upset yesterday when I looked over my weight loss stats and saw that last July I weighed a mere 2 pounds more than I do right now. I did go up and down during this time, but to have made it to 240 in July and be 238 right now makes me realize that I am not doing as well as I could be. Which this thought leads me to the same old problem I have every 5 weeks or so. We are scheduled for a home-time in about a week. I need to prove to myself I can do it, I can continue to stay on my calorie and carb goals. How many more delays do I want to deal with? It certainly is up to me. --
