Guest guest
COME CRUISING WITH ME! Friday, 21 January 2011 Oh, even though it's still nine months away, I've been working very hard on our 2011 Cruise To Lose. Hey, I have a lot of work to get done before we set sail from Los Angeles on October 23rd. This year, we'll be sailing to the Mexican Riviera. Our ports-of-call will me Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas. This is my favorite cruise! I wanted to sail from Los Angeles this year because, the day before we leave, I've scheduled a big Bon Voyage party for all of my Cruisers at Slimmons. (Oh, this is gonna be good!) And by the way, this will be a milestone cruise for me. Why? Because it'll be my 30th Cruise To Lose. Wow! Can you believe it? And I've enjoyed every single one of them. Let me tell you more about this year's very special Cruise To Lose. We're calling it Hooray For Hollywood! It's all about making every one of our Cruisers a star as they walk down the red carpet. Every day on every cruise, I teach a big exercise class and of course, this year will be no exception. But this year, in each of our big Sweatin' classes, we'll be moving and grooving to some fabulous music from many of Hollywood's greatest movies. (Oh, I can't wait!) One night, we're also going to have a big party where everyone gets to dress up as their favorite star from a big Hollywood movie. It'll be just like the s. Now that's gonna be fun! On each Cruise To Lose, I'm there to support every one of my Cruisers. We start each day, bright and early with our Rise & Shine mini-workouts. There, we do some stretching and discuss our agenda for the day. After Rise & Shine, we all go have breakfast together. Then during the day, we have nutrition classes, cooking demonstrations and motivational seminars. We also do a really fun game show and this year, we'll be playing our own version of Hollywood Squares! We also have a night where those of our Cruisers who've been successful with their weight-loss share their trimming secrets with everyone else. They're always so inspirational. And of course, our Mexican Riviera cruises are not complete without a trip to Senor Frog's in Mazatlan. And what's a "Senor Frog's", you ask? Well, it's a really fun restaurant and club. And I've got to tell you, it's my favorite party place in all of Mexico! There's a big party room there where they let me and my Cruisers take over! Senor Frog's puts on some really hot music for us and, you know me, I get up on that stage and make everybody...sweat! As I told you earlier, besides Mazatlan, we'll also visit Puerto Vallarta and Cabo San Lucas. Both ports have lots of sunshine, beautiful sandy beaches and plenty of outdoor activities our Cruisers always take advantage of. And oh yeah, I almost forgot something else there's plenty of for my Cruisers to do and that is...shopping! LOL. We're already half sold-out for this year's cruise. (I can't believe it...already?) What I love most about our adventures at sea is seeing my Cruisers getting to know each other. Many of them are meeting face-to-face for the first time after being friends in the Clubhouse. And I know they'll end up forming lifelong friendships. And, like I said...I love it! Wanna sail with us? Wanna sail with us? If you want more information, you can get it from this link to our 2011 Cruise To Lose. I hope you'll be able to join us! Love,
