Guest guest Posted January 11, 2011 Report Share Posted January 11, 2011 Click to enlarge I checked my software today, to review and see if I am sticking or straying from my the overall plan since I am not weighing, measuring or counting my calories or carbs. I eat the same thing, in the same amounts everyday. I am right on target, no other foods, no snacks, no sweets, nothing have crossed this keto lips. lol. Tonight we get the treat of chicken, I am looking forward to that! The 30g carb reading is coming mostly from the flaxseed meal, but the net grams ends up being 16, so that is fine, because I only have the flaxseed every other day, I have cheese for breakfast the alternating days. I have to say I feel so terrific. Adding oil to my food has really helped. I went through a horrible period of losing my hair last year, now, it has stopped shedding and I feel a change in the texture. It seems contrary to me to drizzle oil on food that I don’t usually put it on, but wow, once one gets use to it, it’s marvelous. For lunch today, I drizzled olive oil on my cucumbers, grape tomatoes, cheese and summer sausage and sprinkled with basil. Delightful. After I was done eating, I felt just right, not hungry, not full, not anything but just right.
