Everything good except chlostrol a tick high. Not to worry retest in 3 months. I have my full physical March 1.. Last week she gave me a sleep aid. It does help a bit but still not a good good night sleep. Still trying to figure out the night leg pains. Looking towards RLS (restless leg syndrome). All the data answers many questions over the years. Hubby keeps saying potasium. LOL Mine was fine. LOL Yesterday I started being accountable. Made better choicees, Wrote them down. Had just about 1500 calories yesterday. I have jellow made to snack on. So no more binging. So I do talk to myself alot during the day. Talking myself out of binging OR closet eating. YUGH... ACCOUNTABILITY... Did set goal. April 30 DD makes her confirmation. So I would like to be at least a size down to get a new outfit. Pant suit I think. Toodles.
