I was going to use a fitness coach and she wanted me to start walking 10 min x 3 a day. I still can't do that, but it is my goal!

I will work up to 30 minutes a day in 15 minute increments. I'll probably start at 10 minutes 3 times a day just to work up to what I want to do.
