Guest guest Posted January 6, 2011 Report Share Posted January 6, 2011 Menu today: B- golden flaxseed mixed with peanut butter and hot coffee, coffee with whole milk powder L- summer sausage and cheese, 3 ultra thin wasa, tea <—revised T- raw pecans, tea D- chicken sausages with sundried tomato and provolone, tomatoes, cucumber, olive oil and vinegar Note on lunch: I cut a smaller amount of summer sausage than the last two days, but after having them on 2 wasa, I wanted one with cheese too. So that was three wasa and the taste combined with the cheese set off a desire for more. Oh. Oh. Grains have got to be the most addicting substance on earth. I do so well for just so long and once that taste settles on my tongue, I am thinking of the next bite, the next slice, the next loaf......more more more. I did not have more than three, which is 15 carbs, but I did not like the thought process starting to brew in my mind. I wanted more and I could feel the urge was taking root.
