Guest guest Posted August 10, 2010 Report Share Posted August 10, 2010 well,I was thinking I will do WATP and kettlebell work today.Sounds like a good combo,it'll mostly be leg work for me,as they both mostly engage my leg muscles.I haven't had breakfast yet and I'm leaning towards toast with apple butter and sweet tea. speaking of tea, I hate ordering tea in restaurants! They always make them tooo sweet. Mine maybe sweet tea but I actually don't use that much sugar,about 3/4 cup and I'm thinking of cutting this down even more,but,I don't like unsweet tea. I have to have my sugar.I,more than likely,will probably do more exercises through out the day,as I leave fit tv on all day and stop and do whatever exercise's they're doing,right now it's all star workouts: Bhangra Dance with Sarina Jain. It looks fun but it's too much bouncing for me,although I would try it-until it starts hurting and then I'll stop. I have the will but my body can't handle it!!I saw later they have bollywood dance but it involves a lot of bouncing too,so I want to do it but I won't be able too.I like these kinds of exercises,they make it look like so much fun and I just want to get up and dance!!
