There is an old saying "What you think about, you bring about!"

If you believe you might gain the weight back, you probably will.

If you believe you are doing better then ever, you probably are.

If you believe you can do it, what ever it is, you can do it!

I believe I have changed my eating habits forever.

I believe I have changed my exercise habits forever.

Say "Oh I'm gonna gain weight during the holidays"

You are going to gain weight during the holidays.

I am going to find great recipes that are soooo good for me!

I am going to pack some left overs for the guest and the rest in small serving size containers.

I am not going to take any left overs from the people I visit.

This is very true, , the power of positive thought helps us move forward and stay strong in our resolves. I had a disappointing day yesterday with finding I did not have a weight loss when I felt as though I had lost. I made myself not dwell on it and instead of thinking negative thoughts about it, thought about how far I have come and how well I feel and especially finding my BG numbers are doing so well. That is far more important than the scale's refusal to cooperate! Lol. Thanks for the reminder.
