Shows me under on calories (my goal is 1750 - 2100), my total for today is 1740 but by the end of the day it'll run about 1850, so I'm in there. Man I'm proud of me. To think I've gone this long staying around my goal calories and fat ... losing 5 pounds ... setting and meeting realistic goals. I'm turning into a whole new 'walk the walk' person rather than just 'talking the talk'. I'm doing it. I'm succeeding in what I set out to do. It's hard sometimes, but the most important thing is not to lose sight of the goal. Oh, the struggle with exercise? Done. I have an hour to an hour and a half session when I get home.
