HIP HIP HOORAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I busted 232~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A loverly 231!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was shocked. I admit it, I took 6 pictures in 6 different places on the floor to be sure and still it took a few moments to comprehend what I was seeing. So, I have finally busted the 232 that I weighed at the beginning of December, and look how long it took me to do it! I tell you, I am done with home time changes in eating, I am sticking to my calorie limit no matter where I am and that will include Hawaii. I am so close, so dang close to hitting the 220's! While washing up after weighing, I saw this in the sink: Gross!!!!!!!!! It gives me the eeby jeebies sometimes to have to use public restrooms to clean up in. GAK. We then went into the truck stop restaurant, they had a breakfast buffet so we went for that. I had bacon, sausage and 4 cubes of cantaloupe. I did try a bit of the scrambled egg, but it was from a powder mix and so left it alone. Very high in calories, but very low in carbs so I am fine with the bit of splurging. I did note though, that I had a strong STOP when eating and did leave food on the plate. The more dense my food is, the quicker that STOP happens. I like it. Ah, heck, I am just so incredibly happy today! 231! I can't believe it! Ok, report time. Calories were significantly reduced the last two days of the week, so it dropped my average, but it is still too high, I want to be around 1100-1000. BG's dropped, but this morning I was 107, which shows because I was bumping up in carbs again. There is no getting around it, I start hanging out above 30g of carbs a day and up goes the BG. This weeks menu. I am at week 72 in this whole thing and I am going back over my diet history and organize all the photo's and reports I have made into weekly groupings. I started a notebook back home that I printed a lot of the reports I made since the beginning, I want to fill that up on the next home time. --
