well, that's how I planned it anyway, but I find myself thinking about exercising today.I worked out all week.I did about 2 workouts a day if I didn't do anything strenuous. I would do Tae Bo in the mornings and WATP in the afternoons or evenings, whenever I got the chance.Yesterday,I did WATP (Walk Away The Pounds) and Time to Tone late in the evening.I know I got in some good workouts this week but I guess I didn't challenge myself enough or something, maybe I need to lift weights more often?? Somehow, the kettlebell workouts got sidelined and I haven't done them in a couple of weeks or so,maybe it's just been a week and I've just lost track of time.Anyways, the last I remember doing them I

could barely get through the workout and that was so odd cause I felt weak, like I haven't been exercising at all and just picked them up and started for the first time. I couldn't do the whole workout and it was only 10 minutes long! After that,I put them down and decided to just do cardio for a while, but it really struck me as odd how weak I felt. It felt like it does when I work to failure with the weights-lift till you can't lift anymore, but I hadn't lifted any weights that day. I try to skip a day between weight lifting for recovery and I don't remember weight lifting before that day.To

tell you the truth,I'm still feeling muscular weakness,so that's why I've been doing mostly cardio work. I did lift weights Tuesday and managed to do the entire workout at a higher reps but it sure was a challenge! Even the 3lbs worked me!!!I don't know what's going on but like I said in another email,I seem to be getting leaner, and my new found muscles are still there. Maybe I should just continue lifting weights, going lighter and just working through it. Maybe I've done too much too fast but you are suppose to go heavier when the workout gets easier, when you feel you can do more reps with your heavier weight after you've completed your set,and that's what I did.As much as I work out,I still have my gut!!! My legs look great and my arms are nicely toned (although still covered in a layer of fat, you can still see the definition in them) my gut is my worst!! That is the one place I want to lose more than anywhere else and I seem to be losing

everywhere but there!!Lord I hope I don't get skinny everywhere but there!!! NOOO!!!I've been doing (the dreaded) crunches and one called "The Bicycle Crunch" but yet it's still as big as ever!!I know you lose weight all over and not just in spots but if you saw me, you would start to believe you can spot reduce! It doesn't seem as if I lost anything in my mid-section!All I know is,I have been exercising daily,we'll call it aerobics (cardio work) and weight lifting the two main exercises that are suppose to burn fat!!! Well it has,in parts of me!! but not where I want it the most!! waaaahh waaahhh, LOLYou know,I would keep my fat butt if I could lose the gut!! lolWork hard ladies, ttyl,Daisy
