Guest guest Posted August 30, 2010 Report Share Posted August 30, 2010 Hi everyone. I'm still here. I got to get back to trying to lose weight. I have had to retire my guide dog so things haven't totally been started yet. I did have a great time visiting family and friends though. Now I " m back and know that I at least weigh 220. So I'm going to try and start today. For breakfast I had a fiber 1 bar and a banana. For lunch, I had a grilled chicken sandwich, and a hash brown patty. Tonight for supper I had a lamb chop and some frozen cauliflower. I didn't add butter just cooked it in water and added a little salt for some flavor. I got to taste frozen veggies a lot while I was in port. I did come back and do my healthy shopping. I even got some of that Greek yogurt. So that's an update on me.
