This morning for breakfast I had a few pieces of ring baloney and some cracker Barrel extra sharp cheese with some townhouse topper crackers, about 3 of them. For lunch I had a chicken breast with broccoli and cheese and grapes. For a nice refreshing snack, I'll have some frozen grapes. For supper I'll eat my pork chop, rice and a vegetable, probably green beans or carrots. I'll get my workout in today too.
