Foreman Healthy Dijon Grilled Chicken Breasts

1 Tbs. Dijon mustard

1 Tbs. nonfat mayonnaise

1 tsp. cider vinegar

1 tsp. black pepper

1/2 tsp. salt

1 clove garlic, minced

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Brush or wipe your GFG with cooking oil and preheat.

Please do not use an aerosol (can) spray. Your grill

will last longer, and will thank-you for it. It will also

help the environment.

In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, mayonnaise,

vinegar, pepper, salt and garlic.

Place the chicken in the grill and spoon the sauce over

each breast. Close the lid and grill for 5-6 minutes, or

until juices run clear. Serves 4.
