Guest guest Posted August 5, 2010 Report Share Posted August 5, 2010 I am doing pretty good so far on staying on plan, do have some slip up, but no guilt and move on, I am down 10 Lbs so far!! Am 396 from 406 . I am doing some walking, but not as much as I should. I have not done videos, way to muggy to do them now..so I am waiting till next month, when cooler weather arrives. I will be so glad that Summer will end soon..that means no ice cream. I must control myself on having a small sweet treat. One of my sisters is thin and she told me she eats less of it..and I should practice that method and not the whole box. Onward,downward!!
