Guest guest Posted October 8, 2010 Report Share Posted October 8, 2010  Litha's Daily Weigh-In / Food Log / Exercise Log Friday, October 8, 2010 Starting Weight (October 4, 2010): 247 Long-Term Goal Weight: 125 Total Weight Loss So Far: 2.4 pounds TODAY'S WEIGHT (morning): 244.6 Short-Term Goal Weight: 223 by December 29th Weight Loss Since Last Weigh-In: 2.4 pounds CALORIES TODAY: 2142 Since my calories are so high, I thought I'd share what I ate today: Breakfast: Nothing Lunch: 2 Large Beef Soft Shell Tacos (Large Soft Shells); G2 to drink Snack: Cake & Ice Cream (from 's party) Dinner: 2 Lemon Pepper Pork chops (6.5 oz.); Green Beans (7 oz. With no grease or butter added) EXERCISE TODAY: No time for exercise today, did chase my son around the house tickling him though, if that counts. I had a birthday party for my son who is about to turn 19 (he's disabled so mentally he's only about 18 months old). And as you can see, I definitely went over my calories To start off I didn't eat breakfast. Then when my son got here we ate. Then we had cake and ice cream. Then we had fajita's for dinner. More than 1/2 of my calories were from lunch alone. And what is worse is that I have already lost 2.4 pounds this week. I am sure I'll gain all of that back today! Like said "life happens" - so we just need to deal with it, pick up and move on. You didn't continue on eating cake and ice cream all day!
