Guest guest Posted October 6, 2010 Report Share Posted October 6, 2010 Well today is my 57th birthday. Didn't make my birthday goal though of weighing 130. As a matter of fact I am up from what I weighed on Friday when I " restarted " although I have been exercising daily. Friday I weighed 142.4 and today I weighed 142.8. Had thought if anything I would lose a couple tenths or more, not gain it. So that is disappointing. But I think I need to do something else for exercise. I have and old exercise bike and it has no resistance (that part is broken) but I had thought it would be better than nothing. Apparently not. I am not giving up though (of course).
