MAIL"

On this first day home after my Cruise

To Lose, I got up very early and headed down to

my office. I immediately turned on my computer and

heard that little voice...You've got mail!

And boy, was that voice ever right this

time. It's going to take me over a week to get

through all of the mail that's come in while we were

away at sea. I'll sit at my computer all day, so

happy as I do my best to motivate everyone who's

written me.

But besides doing my work in the

office, I have lots of laundry to do today, too.

There're piles of tank tops and shorts I have to

wash. Plus, I've got to stack the outfits I wore on

our cruise's formal nights to take to the cleaners.

And oh, let's not forget about the socks. I went

through 14 pairs of socks this week and now

it's time to march them down to the Maytag to get them

all nice, bright and white. I don't mind doing

laundry. But today's loads of dirty clothes will keep

me running up and down those stairs all day long!

LOL.

And oh yeah, I have lots and lots of photos from the

cruise and I just love looking through them. Memories,

like the corners of my m-i-i-i-n-d!

Later today, I'll go up to the gym and get in my

exercise. While I'm doing my weights, I'll be

thinking about the exercise classes I had the honor of

teaching on the cruise.

Hmmm, now what will I make for

dinner tonight? Oh, I think I'll grill some turkey

burgers. You know they're my faves. In fact, my

Cruisers got to see how I prepare my turkey burgers on

video during our Cooking With

seminar. And while I'm at it, I think I'll make a

burger for Hattie. (She loves 'em, too!)

So as you can see, I have a busy day planned for

myself. And how about you? What do you have planned

for this first Sunday in October? Are you going to

church this morning? (If you are, please say a prayer

for me.) Maybe you're taking in a movie today.

Or...maybe you're doing lots of laundry...like me!

LOL.

Whatever you're doing, I hope you have a terrific

day. You've been reading about my cruise and all of

the fun we had last week. I just hope my daily

messages helped motivate you to take fantastic care of

yourself.

Today, you should plan your meals and maybe make a few

recipes to freeze and have ready to pop in the oven

for your dinners next week. And like me, remember,

you've gotta move your body today and everyday this

week. You know that body of yours needs

it. Be sure to stretch in the morning and

evening plus get in your cardio workout four days

this week. And don't forget your toning. I'll be

doing my toning today and I tone my body three days a

week. You should, too!

Do you think you can exercise all

seven days this week? I believe you can! There were

so many men and women on the ship who didn't think

they could do all of those sweatin' classes seven days

in a row. But you know what? I think they surprised

themselves because...they did. And know what

else? You can, too!

Remember, exercise doesn't begin in the body, it

begins in the mind. Just think how great

you'll feel having worked out seven days in a row.

Keep it up and, before you know it, you'll be

exercising every day and every week of every month.

Hey, that's how you end up becoming a weight-loss

success story! So...get going everybody.

Oh, wait...my E-mail is calling!
