I plan to exercise. I would like to start by decreasing the food though. If I try to do both at once, I'll give up. I've been watching the paper for a used treadmill. I think I'd use it, but maybe not. Thank you for those links and files. I want to do this right. I want to be healthy, I want to lose weight. I'm tired of life passing me by while I sit at home overeating food and watching tv.
