Litha's Daily Weigh-In / Food Log / Exercise Log Saturday, October 9, 2010 Starting Weight (October 4, 2010): 247 Long-Term Goal Weight: 125 Total Weight Loss So Far: 2.4 pounds TODAY'S WEIGHT (morning): 244.6 (I did not weigh myself this day so this is Friday's weight) Short-Term Goal Weight: 223 by December 29th Weight Loss Since Last Weigh-In: 2.4 pounds CALORIES TODAY: 1417 EXERCISE TODAY: We were camping... Just walking and stuff with that, but not much, mostly sitting around the campfire. I love them so much! I could not have done it without my husband though...
