This morning I did 95 minutes on my old no resistance

exercise bike. This pedals very easy as the resistance part broke a long time

go so don't know as it is really much exercise but on most days that I use it I

occasionally will throw in an interval of sorts where I will pedal real fast

for 30 seconds or moderately fast for 1 minute or more.

This evening I did the 5 mile Advanced walk with .

Yesterday I did not get any exercise in:-( Felt kind of guilty about that as I

generally try to get a little in every day if possible. Darlene

As long as it gets your heart rate up, it doesn't matter how much

resistance it's set at.

Congrats! I finally started getting through the three mile ones and

am exhausted and in pain when done.
