Guest guest
Hey ya'll,I did my workout late last night. (my husband) came home early and we all went a short distance out of town and didn't get back till late.I was so tired from the trip I laid down for a few.It wasn't till after 9:00 that I got around to doing my workout! I thought it might make me stay up late but,oh well, since it was Saturday the next day so I just went ahead and worked out.I had to work my way to the actual workout though. For some reason my lower back was hurting, like I slept in an odd position all night or something,so I was moving slowly until I warmed up some and the more I warmed up the looser I felt,so after about 10-15 minutes of doing the exercise slowly(sans the weight) I was able to use the weight.I did the kettlebell swing, all in all about 30 and let me tell you I was heaving pretty good after the last one! I have to say,I guess all this working out must be working because, although I was winded,my body felt like it could do more. When I first started my muscles would twitch and quiver all over and I knew I just pushed my body to the limit and I would feel sore(not hurt) but just sore the next day but not today! I was even thinking about doing a few more but decided that was enough for last night.I'm thinking I may do some more today, see how many I can actually do.I split the swings,12,10,and 8 swings with a few seconds in-between sets and altogether it totals 30.I probably would have done more yesterday if we hadn't gone anywhere and I was home, but since I wasn't,I didn't because of the late hour.By the time I done my last swing it was 10:00,if I'd had trouble going to sleep I may have chosen to do more-since I was up anyways, but I fell right to sleep when I was ready to sleep. For those of you who exercise, how are you doing?? How often do you work out?? What all do you do for exercise??Daisy
