This seems to have been written for me, LOL. I lost one pound this week which

was a bummer but I have to remember that I lost 13 lbs since 9/2 which is cause

for a celebration.

Glad to hear from one others. Sue, I do understand and appreciate your efforts

to get people to post more and how people share when they wish. I will consider

your suggestions.

Thanks for responding to the issue. I think as a person who is just starting

this difficult journey of weight loss hearing from at least one person when I

post is very helpful. You feel less alone in your fight.

I will do the same for anyone on this list.
